Mocktail Mojito - Alcohol Free & Low Sugar 🍸

A mojito can brighten up the darkest of winter nights. The combination of crisp mint and warm, fiery Slange Var will keep you feeling awake and satisfied through the festive season. Our recipe has the added benefit of being alcohol free and low in sugar. We recommend you try this mojito with some salty snacks wrapped up at home, or for a bit of fun on a christmas night out!

Ingredients:

Handful of ice

Small bunch of mint

Soda water

Slange Var

Half teaspoon of sugar

Method:

  1. Muddle the mint leaves with the sugar using a pestle and mortar. If you don't have one then use a small bowl and the end of a rolling pin.
  2. Slide a handful of ice (crushed is perfect) into 2 tall glasses.
  3. Pour over 2 tablespoons of Slange Var and add the mint mix between the two glasses. Finally add your straw and top up with soda water or sparkling water.
  4. Sip and enjoy!
